Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a new five minute trailer for God Eater 3, showing off assorted story and system elements, as well as revealing the game’s opening theme, “stereo future”, performed by punk band BiSH.
God Eater is a series of action RPG hunting games in the vein of Monster Hunter taking place in a post-apocalyptic world which has been ravaged by monsters known as Aragami. The player takes on the role of a God Eater, whose mission is to hunt the Aragami. In God Eater 3, the spread of a mysterious disaster that turns everything to ash has resulted in the collapse of the Fenrir organisation which the God Eaters belonged to in previous games, and the player takes on the role of an “Adaptive God Eater” or “AGE” who has the ability to resist this new disaster.
God Eater 3 will be released on the PS4 in Japan on 13th December 2018 and in North America on 8th February 2019, and on PC worldwide on 8th February 2019.
