The demo, entitled 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim: Prologue, will feature the prologue of the final game, which is 3 hours long. Save data will not be importable into the final game.

The demo will not be available freely for download, and the trailer details four ways to obtain it:

  • As a download included in the upcoming lower-priced re-release ofOdinsphere Leifthrasir (3980 yen)

There are currently no details if any other release methods are planned, and no details on a non-Japanese release of Prologue.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is a “dramatic adventure” seen from the points of view of thirteen different protagonists set in Japan in the 1980s, and involves giant robots known as Sentinels. The game was previously announced for a PS4 and PSV release in 2018, but the PS4 version was delayed with no set release date in late 2018, and the PSV version was cancelled.
