Niconico Chokaigi 2023 was held from 22-30 April, with a physical event held from 29-30 April 2023 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba that saw 11,8798 attendees. The annual event is held by Niconico Douga (nicovideo.jp), Japan’s largest social video website, as a celebration of the site’s user community and culture, bringing together a myriad of genres in a melting pot.
