FGO Expo -Fate/Grand Order Fes. 2024 9th Anniversary- was held from 3-4 August 2024 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba prefecture, Japan.
The annual event, celebrating Fate/Grand Order, had been held online in 2020-2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and had only returned to a physical venue with 2022’s 7th anniversary event.
This year, FGO Fes was themed after a world expo, with the event divided into multiple pavilions.

Welcome Area
The entrance to FGO Fes 2024 featured a giant screen and life-sized replicas of weapons of several Servants, acrylic stands of all the Servants in FGO so far.
Kigurumi and Cosplayers
Official cosplayers and kigurumi of characters not just from the Manga de Wakaru FGO series but also newly from Fujimaru Ritsuka wa Wakaranai were at the event.
Chaldea Pavilion
The Chaldea Pavilion area consisted of Chaldea Treasure Hunting, which had specially-made videos using live 2D and 3D sound, Detective Amakusa’s Case Files -File. Expo 2024- which was an activity in which participants solved puzzles with hints spread all over the event venue, and the ever-popular Heroic Spirit Summoning Photo Studio booths which let participants take photos with Servants from FGO.
Guda-Guda Pavilion
The Guda-Guda Pavilion had the Guda-Guda Shrine, in which participants could get their fortune told by Himiko or Iyo, the Guda-Guda Raid Battle game in which players competed to stomp on Mini Nobus projected on the floor, and the New Sakamoto Detective Agency, a life-sized replica of said detective agency.
